Wow, what a mixed experience at this hotel! The rooms were amazing, so immaculate and over-designed for appearance, but unfortunately, they were so dusty and dirty. On the positive side, they had a lot of space and came with everything you need. The service was a letdown with a very inept breakfast service, but the general service is amazing, from the greetings to making you feel truly at home. The location was ideal and accessible to places of interest, although understaffed in the dining area. The dining experience was top-notch but could be brought to the room. The facilities were great, except for the rooftop pool which was a disappointment. Value for money is a bit questionable here with some hits and misses.
